Comfortable for a transit hotel. It happened to be a long trip from Bandung, so I chose this hotel because it had a swimming pool. The kids could swim after the long, tiring journey.

The TV has no channels, the mattress and other things are musty and a bit dirty, the towels too.

An unpleasant experience because from the beginning the staff was unfriendly. Instead, we were left to eat standing. The order confirmation was not detailed, even though the hotel was quiet. The rescheduling procedure was not flexible even though the hotel was quiet. When entering the room, it smelled very musty, uncomfortable, and the towels were very shabby. Cleanliness was lacking. Breakfast was very limited and NOT WORTH IT FOR THE PRICE. Suggestion for management to pay more attention to employees and cleanliness. 👎

This accommodation is located on the coast of Probolinggo, not too far from the city. The rooms are quite clean. The price is quite affordable. The building is new. Breakfast was a bit lacking in flavor, but overall it was quite good.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. Hope there are liquor and wines available.

Overall ok comfortable, cold AC, refrigerator is on, friendly staff, swimming pool is not clean and there is no plank on the side of the road, even though there are flashing yellow lights. I missed it. Overall ok. Only cleanliness from mosquitoes and dust in the corners of the room needs attention. If possible, upgrade the TV (so you can install your own YouTube/Netflix/Prime account, yesterday I only had an anta digital TV) the hotel area is quite good for morning walks. There is a hair dryer in the shower. Complete the sleepers too, I didn't get them yesterday.

Recommended accommodations/hotels in Probolinggo City. A stopover hotel before continuing our trip to Bali. Quite pleasant. I chose a deluxe room on the first floor in front of the swimming pool. The room is spacious, with a spacious bathroom, hot water working well, the AC is cool and functioning well, there's a mini fridge, and you get two bottles of mineral water, tea, sugar, coffee, and toiletries. The hotel is new. The location is strategic. Cleanliness is in dire need of improvement. It's a shame if the hotel isn't clean enough, and all areas are lacking. Perhaps management could provide more guidance to the cleaning service. I think cleaning products are already plentiful and reasonably priced.
