The standard room is a minimalist apartment. Luckily, it has a mountain view... Breakfast is okay, with lots of variety, and the yogurt is delicious.

Cool, perfect for a family staycation

Deluxe King Balcony This is my second stay at this hotel, with the same room type. The location is very close to the center of Bogor and close to the toll gate. The road to the hotel is quite narrow, but when it's quiet, it's still safe for large vehicles to pass. All the room facilities are functional. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is easy, but if the hotel is busy or there's an event, it can be difficult to find parking. Breakfast is varied and the food is delicious. Note: Please provide a plastic trash bag for the room.

The location is quite accessible from the main road, and the lobby's location is also confusing between car drop-offs. They offer access to the room veranda for a 100,000 Rupiah deposit, which isn't worth it. The plus side is the varied and delicious food.

The room was clean, the toilet was clean, but unfortunately the TV wasn't a smart TV. That was the only drawback. I stayed in an apartment room. But the friendly hotel staff made everything easy. Thanks.

A very pleasant place

I've stayed at Bigland several times, it's really comfortable and the family, especially the kids, are satisfied staying here. It's perfect for staying on the weekend, there are fairy tales that make the kids even happier, thank you Bigland and Traveloka.

Hotel for family vacation

we stayed during a long weekend here so the hotel was very crowded.. the check-in process was easy and smooth even though there was a queue.. during breakfast around 7 the restaurant area was already very crowded so we had to queue to get a seat.. the food was very varied and delicious.. the swimming pool area was also full.. a bit shocked because this was an impromptu staycation on a long weekend.. next time I'll come here on a weekday😍 overall okay, just chose the wrong timing to stay..

The place is cool, there are lots of lifts, the food is delicious, the menu is varied.

Deluxe King Balcony This was my first stay at this hotel, a weekend stay for 2 days and 2 nights, and I was quite satisfied. The location is close to downtown Bogor. Access to the hotel is not easy, making two-way intersections difficult due to the large number of cars parked on both sides of the road. Once we entered the hotel parking lot, I had difficulty finding parking because the parking lot was full. Security advised me to park outside the hotel, which may have contributed to the narrowness. The turning space for vehicles going up and down the basement parking lot is also very narrow. I saw several guests having difficulty turning, but security was quick to assist. The hospitality staff were very good and friendly. The rooms were clean and the other facilities were good, with no issues. The breakfast was also delicious and quite satisfying. My only suggestion is regarding the parking area. Please inform guests when the hotel parking lot is full and they have to park outside. Explain the system, and is the hotel still responsible? Is it paid or not? Thank you.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the food is delicious and it is always comfortable to stay here because of the city light view xixi, very satisfying!

The staff are all friendly... From security to receptionists, everyone is friendly.

As soon as I entered the room, there were already cockroaches. Access from the parking lot to the lobby was very inconvenient. The staff didn't explain the hotel in detail, resulting in an unpleasant experience. Please improve this. 😊
