The experience wasn't great. It felt like the building wasn't well-maintained, as there was no TV, no Wi-Fi, and the in-room telephones didn't connect, so any complaints or other issues had to be made down to the lobby, as the only phone line was there, and there was no receptionist on duty. The room was clean and tidy. For roughly the same price, you should have gotten a 4-star hotel room that would have far better room experience.

There were cockroaches in the room. Plus, the room was connected to a door. So the sound of the guest next door could be heard in our room. So it was uncomfortable.

Dumb, guys, I booked it because it had a private pool but it didn't have one hahaha! Then there were lots of rules, only 4 people were allowed to swim in the pool, I really don't recommend going here! It makes me regret it, I was tricked by the marketing and the service is very minimal! Something like this shouldn't be on the app! It's really sad, I hope it closes soon. AAMIIN

Sedikit kecewa. Mulai dari AC yang gak dingin, jendela yang rusak, gorden yang rusak pula, sampai ke sarapan pagi yang gak disediakan katanya karena hari ini aja, dikarenakan ada yang pesta menikah di sana. Astaga. Minta pindah ke hotel lain pun gak digubris sama FO nya.

I felt evicted when I wanted to swim with the female security, and was asked to charge money because I brought a baby to swim 50 thousand 1 person, very irrelevant because at the beginning it was mentioned free to swim but instead this, the service is not very good, I feel unappreciated, at the beginning we also already deposited, not just us, but the cottage next door also asked for money!
