The staycation experience with my children and husband was enjoyable, but please pay more attention to the room and its cleanliness. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in had a lot of mosquitoes. At first, I was confused because there was a mosquito racket, but it turned out there were mosquitoes. If possible, there should be no mosquitoes, even though the atmosphere was quite good.

Overall, I like it here. It was my first stay and I chose a cabana. It gave me the impression of Batu feeling like Bali. It's also suitable for those who want a more economical honeymoon. The breakfast is also delicious and most importantly, the location is strategic. Always successful!

Stayed with my family on the 26th and 27th. The atmosphere was beautiful, shady, and full of plants, including a hidden gem in my opinion. There was a balcony behind the room with a view of a flower garden. The staff was friendly. The room was very spacious. I think I'll come here again if I go to Malang.

When we first entered the room, it smelled unpleasant. It seemed like it hadn't been occupied for a long time. Please add some air freshener. The swimming pool is poorly maintained, with rat droppings all around. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the surroundings. The curtains in the view suite weren't fixed, so we covered them with a cloth for fear of being seen from outside. 🙏🙏🙏

The place is very comfortable and serene, the first time I entered I was amazed by the very green plants. The staff from the front to the inside were all friendly and greeted me. Especially every time I met them, they always offered to help me take photos. The food was also delicious.

Check in at 2:15 PM because the previous night was full of guests, so we waited for it to be cleaned. Room 6202 was spacious and clean, with cool air. In the afternoon and evening, there was quite thick fog, which was nice because I rarely saw it. If it rained, it was a bit of a hassle because I had to go to the car park (there were umbrellas in front of the room). Next time, it would be okay if I stay again.

Overall, it's good. I'll just mention a few things that are lacking. 1. The toilet was full of dead ants, but it wasn't cleaned when we first arrived. 2. There was a piece of acrylic or plastic in the siomai (I've reported it to the security guard). Be careful when choosing materials and making it. 3. The bathroom and toilet are actually inside the room without a partition. If you poop, the smell is noticeable. If you shower directly in the AC. (new experience)

Everything here feels good and satisfying. God willing, I'll be back again 😊
