Comfortable hotel and friendly hotel staff, tomorrow I want to stay at this place again.

The hotel staff was friendly, and I was allowed to check in early. Cleanliness was good. Parking was spacious and secure.

everything is good, only breakfast is not varied

The room facilities for showering and hot water are good, but there is only one shampoo in the bathroom, even though there are 2 people staying in the same room.

so that the breakfast side dish is like this (chicken), the meat is still undercooked (red)

The hotel is very comfortable, very suitable for resting on the road, yesterday I didn't expect it to be this clean because usually hotels like this are often duds but this is very good! I'm just confused about the parking and the food is good, quite good but not very varied. Thanks

for a 2 star hotel Clean, friendly staff. Close to gas station, mini market and food places. Bed sheets, bed covers, tables and room lighting should be replaced. (looks dull) Breakfast is very minimal & tastes just B. Even though I expected it to be delicious because Malay people are usually rich in spices. 😊 (maybe because it's a 2 star hotel) We only stayed for 1 night in room 101 & 102. Hopefully it will improve & can move up a class..

The hotel and service are good, it's just a shame that the Betkafer has lots of spots like blood stains.

Will stay here again if I have work in Kota Pinang, the rooms are really comfortable, check in/out is easy, and really easy roadside access if you take public transportation, large parking area, near Alf*midi. Good job.

Akomodasi yang sangat direkomendasikan di wilayah kab. Labuhan Batu Selatan. Lokasi strategis persis di pinggir jalan lintas, dekat dengan rumah makan dan mini market. Kamarnya pun sangat wah dari segi luas dan fasilitas hanya dengan budget 350 ribu per malam.

Sikap pegawai ceweknya buruk. Seharusnya mereka tahu bagaimana membuat nyaman tamu yang menginap dan tolong lah sediakan alas kaki untuk keluar masuk toilet. Mau hotel murah atau tidak biasanya selalu menyediakan.
