Not clear! Reception service is lacking!

The room was out of light, moved to a smaller room, there were worms in the room, then it was dirty, the tv couldn't turn on, the bathroom water couldn't be turned off.

The hotel smells, stuffy, the air conditioner doesn't taste, the mattress is tight. I don't want to come here anymore.

So far, so good, affordable prices, clean, only 1 place, the mothers who are very bitchy and unfriendly, if the guests should not be rich, you still have to be polite and friendly. even though it & apos; s only a hotel in the same class as oyo, at least, it still has to be service oriented, hopefully in the future it can be even better, thank you.
