Check in at 3 PM because the room wasn't available even though I had booked online a week in advance. And paid in full. Originally, I was going to be given a room that didn't match my reservation. I booked a nature view, but instead I was given a roof view (meaning only the roof was visible). I complained before the room was replaced. The room wasn't soundproof, there were no towels, and the bathroom equipment looked neglected. There wasn't even a telephone in the room. Oh yeah, the room we stayed in was also full of ants. A bit disappointed... - When I checked in, the front desk staff was very indifferent. No one greeted me. So I handed over my phone first and showed my booking confirmation. The female receptionist was okay, but she read my name, but she didn't have a name tag. - I had a lot of luggage and several heavy bags, so it was a bit of a hassle, but no one helped us! Is it normal for no one to help me carry my things? The room is quite far away... - The sheets and blanket were stained, the stains are quite large in the photo. There were also footprints in the corridor (in the photo) that didn't seem to come off. - When I entered the room, there was only one towel, no doormat, and the soap bar was empty. I checked in quite late, so I should have checked the room for everything. But it was handled well after I complained. - Not soundproof, the upstairs room was really audible when I dragged the chairs. It was nice to stay here, you could soak in the hot springs, yeah!!

The room is nice, the environment is also clean. However, there is no water heater in the room. So I want to take a shower after swimming in the pool, but it's cold. Maybe in the future it should be improved.

A good hotel with affordable prices, quite complete facilities, but it lacks maintenance, so it seems dirty. Toilet cleanliness needs to be improved, and the room is not soundproof, so at night I couldn't sleep because of the noise from other guests.

The wifi in the room area is on and off until I get bored of reconnecting, the AC is hot. This makes my first impression of staying here less than pleasant. Because these two facilities are most often used in the room area. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is delicious, but not varied. I don't really like spicy food, but I was forced to use rica for the soup condiment. The room is not soundproof and at the same time it seems like there is a wedding that is definitely a lot of family or relatives, from inside the room I can clearly hear the noise from outside. What I really like about this hotel, I who like animals can see birds and several types of poultry that are kept and cared for in this hotel. There is also a play area for children. 🙏🙏🙏

Checked in around 3:30, got a wet bed but immediately asked to be moved at the receptionist.
