No towels. AC is not cold.

The room is not comfortable, the air conditioner is not cold, the inpatient equipment only has towels, the bathroom smells.

The receptionist doesn't care about the room. Towels are not provided.

Facilities do not match the information.

Room facilities are inadequate. No towels, no soap, no mineral water. And the toilet has no water. Dirty bathroom. Really disappointing.

The room was damp, dirty, the sheets were dirty with lots of black stains, the bathroom door was perforated, couldn't be locked, the AC wasn't cold, the room was very hot, the AC remote, the TV wasn't there. Nothing can be judged good.

The rooms are supported for that price, there is also a water heater, but in the morning the lights go out until checkout.

sudah peralatan mandi tdk ada terus karyawan tdk sopan. org msi ngomong di telepon sudah main matikan. tidak lagi la menginap disini.
