The view is absolutely stunning because it's directly opposite the Three Victories Tower, but the amenities are quite old and in disrepair. The curtains in the bedroom and living room have fallen down. The remotes for the ceiling fan and TV have weak and worn-out batteries after a long time. The elevator is very small, dirty, and slimy. The apartment is right next to the garbage room, so it smells terribly of seafood and household waste, causing nausea. The small room lacks air conditioning and a glass partition between the kitchen, pantry, and living room, making it very noisy and inconvenient for sleeping and living.

The room has a fantastic location, is very spacious, the owner is gentle and lovely, and it's conveniently located near the beach. The only downside is that the elevator is a bit crowded, with long waits during peak hours, but it's usually less busy at other times. Overall, it's well worth it for a relaxing family vacation.
