Friendly staff, room as picture

No hot water (turned on the hot water 1 hour before but when I showered there was still no hot water) + the water line was leaking and broken, lots of ants

The room is good for the price, and it's only 15 minutes to the airport. But the hotel name is different, it's called Tan Loc Hotel so my driver was a bit confused looking for it.

Nice stay, enthusiastic support staff

Staff behave poorly and are not dedicated. Old facilities. It's just a temporary stay, but I can't sleep well because it's too noisy and not soundproofed. The bathroom doesn't have hot water, the old air conditioner will make you sick after 2 nights.

The new room is quite small, though. Decor is also ok, many teddy bears in the hallway. In a small alley about more than 1 meter deep. Ncl is also ok

The room was I guess OK for the price and yes so near in the airport. But what stands out was this guy we don't know what is his name if he is a security guard or whatever. He literally block us on our way up to our room. He use their language and rudely get our key card and examine it if it was original or not. I don't know what ' s their issue because we don't understand them. The girl receptionist and the guy talked but not in English so we really don't understand. Then when we asked about it they did not reply. It was a horrible and insulting experience. It never stopped there because everytime the rude guy seen us he would look at us as if we have done something wrong even though we did nothing. We really don't even know what his issue is but I'm glad it happened on the last day of our stay and its over. Never again to comeback in this hotel. I regret my decision in booking this hotel 🙄😡😒😑😠.

At first, I stayed in the Standard room, full of everything, no shortage of utensils, clean, fragrant, a bit small, so the next day I moved to Deluxe. The room is much larger, clean and fragrant. But lack of utensils quite a lot (sandals, mineral water, boiling pot, mouthwash cup, paper), called the reception to bring the spring and pot to boil to use, but the other things are missing later, but they are also afraid. I'm sorry, just reminding that my room is short of things so that I can make a note when I check out. The rest of the room is clean and fragrant.

Tôi đã đặt phòng rồi, khi tối đến check in, Lễ Tân bảo đã hủy phòng, yêu cầu đặt lại (đương nhiên theo giá mới niêm yết cao hơn đặt trên app) Tôi không đồng ý, yêu cầu chủ Khách sạn giải quyết và nếu tôi không ở vẫn sẽ mất tiền đã đặt, sau Khách sạn phải chấp nhận đưa tôi phòng, ở tổng 2 hôm nhưng báo dọn phòng sau hôm đầu tiên khoảng 10h sáng thì bảo qua giờ dọn sáng, để chiều rồi cũng không dọn, tối tôi đành xin thêm khăn và đồ vệ sinh cá nhân, khăn cũ bị rách. Phòng cũng khá sạch so với giá đã khuyến mại của app.

The room is small, the hotel has more criticism, so it is very strict that you should consider it when booking. Khokng does clean the room. The hotel is clean, new.
