I've stayed at this apartment twice. The experience was the same... Both were dirty, even though they were in different units. Lots of dust, trash under the bed, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned... I was itchy after staying there. Really disappointed with the cleanliness.

When we arrived, the spray was dusty and dirty, it smelled musty like the room had not been occupied for 1 month, the lights were dim, there were 2 room lights but only 1 was working, the walls were dirty, there was no soap or toothbrush.

The AC and TV remotes are dead so it's hot.

The room floor is not mopped. The sheets are dirty, the bed is uncomfortable and it falls apart when you sleep on it. It doesn't match the one in the photo.

When checking in, we were asked for additional payment directly because the price listed in the app had not been updated. We booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms was flooded with rainwater from outside. The bed was dirty with sheets that felt like there was sand and dirt. The towels provided were smelly.

Cleanliness and comfort of the room are no problem. But for those who stay on weekends, additional charges apply. The price of a weekend room is IDR 250,000 (IDR 60,000 more expensive than the price in the app).

OYO receptionist staff are not friendly, rooms are not clean, sheets and pillows are dirty

The morning view is really nice, you can see the mountain straight away, I love it.

It's a mess, the mattress makes my body itchy, the girl gave me aminities, I didn't give her a towel. No wonder it's cheap. Chaotic.

The room is nice, clean, soundproof, cold AC, TV too, Water Heater works well. Only towels and toiletries are missing.

The room is clean, the AC and toilet work well, the location is close to Sentul Market to find food and the choices are delicious because the provider does not provide breakfast, the swimming pool is large and clean, next time I can stay again at Apartment Tower Sentul.

Pelayanan pembayaran tidak sesuai yang di bayarkan dan kedatangan tidak di konfirmasi oleh pihak oyo rooms. Untuk tempat lumayan nyaman tapi pelayanan mengecewakan.

This is really really dirty, the lights only turn on once so it's dark. There are no facilities that can be used, the room is smelly and the floor is sticky.

Sorry, it's not the same as in the picture, the pillows smell, the AC isn't cold, towels aren't provided and so on. I regret it hahaha, luckily I checked out straight away.
