Room was very clean with good wifi though not all the lights worked. Plenty of hot water. Staff was courteous and helpful, breakfast was adequate (there is an egg station). Lobby is dark and drab, but location is good, only a few blocks from the Cathdral. In a Muslim area, so no beer served, but a good pizzaria on site.

Was great checked in late and checked out early

Very quiet, clean comfortable room with good air conditioning, good shower and comfy bed. Fridge and kettle provided, Wi-Fi worked very well. Central location if you need to be and only a 15 minute taxi ride from airport. No surprises or disappointments, breakfast was a bit basic but I don’t eat a huge breakfast anyway.

The hotel is in the city centre far away from tourist attractions so keep that in mind if you are travelling as a tourist. The staff were friendly and the rooms neat and clean. The room service was absolutely delicious and very cheap for what you get. My biggest complaint is that the rooms are tiny, and the bed and pillows rock hard. My entire body was stiff after sleeping here two nights

No rooms but Expedia took our money anyway. I need a refund

Clean safe and modern hotel with modern amenities. I had no problems with the room. I would recommend this hotel to all. Complimentary breakfast was very good and included an omelet chef that will prepare a fresh omelet upon request in the breakfast room.

Stayed for 17 nights for business trip. Room service is slow and house keeping is not up to expectations.

We came in on a Tuesday as newlyweds. The service and hotel staff spoke to us well in English and our room was cleaned everyday. It was an awesome stay until we left on Friday morning. Just a little complaining about the hot water in the evening..lol!

I stayed there for two visits each of about 5 days. It's the perfect hotel for someone who is looking for a clean comfortable room and a friendly hotel to come back to after a full days work. Not that great for hanging out in, small rooms, and no view to speak of, but practical and excellent value.
