The room smelled bad, the towels were old, and there were cockroaches (pictures included). Despite being on the 37th floor, the room was old, the door was infested with termites, and so was the bathroom door. There were no tissues. Overall, it was terrible, the only good thing was the location. Parking was expensive. The swimming pool was tiny and only open from 8 am to 5 pm.

Many small cockroaches in the room A3202. :( The door is hard to close and open. Furniture is old. And the smell is not good. The good points are the location, room size, and some kitchen stuff (microwave, knife, spoon, fork, bowl)

The rooms were clean, but the doors slammed shut a bit hard.

The location is quite convenient, however, the sink in the bathroom is clogged and the water drains poorly, and the door is stiff and requires a lot of force to open.

Check-in took a long time, processing took a full two hours. I can't find anything else to complain about =))) 8/10

The room is a bit old. The price is reasonable. Convenient access to the city center.

I went with my family and had a wonderful experience here. The apartment is centrally located, convenient for enjoying food at the night market.

The customer service staff are enthusiastic and respond quickly.

The room was infested with cockroaches, tiny ones everywhere – on the bed, in the wardrobe, on the table, in the bathroom. I even used mothballs around the bed and scattered them in my suitcase to feel safer, but I couldn't sleep well all night because I was afraid the cockroaches would crawl on me in the middle of the night.

Initially, my room had insects, but after I complained, I was immediately given a different room.

The rooms are nice and affordable, the location is close to popular attractions, and the environment is mostly filled with foreigners. However, the hotel only accepts cash and doesn't accept bank transfers. Parking for a car overnight costs 90,000 VND/day, not free. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

The studio apartment was clean, fully furnished, and had kitchenettes. The staff were friendly, lovely, and provided quick assistance.

The room has a lot of cockroaches, from the bedroom to the bathroom. The toilet is very dirty and not cleaned.

The receptionist was polite, the security guard and parking attendant had a very bad attitude. The room was a bit old, the hygiene was poor, there were many small cockroaches in the room. The room had few outlets, the voltage of the 110V outlet could not be used.

I see many cockroaches in the rooms very weird elevator systems it takes ages to get down or get upstairs..very weird system at reception they do care about only check in and check outs no room service you have to deal with 2th party whoever your room provider is..it means that even small problems taking so long time to sort it out..so busy hotel I feel like I am in China

Cheap room near the center, convenient for traveling. The check-out process took too long. I had to wait 15 minutes to check the room.
