The hotel was 24 hours cleaned by staff which was very impressive. Staff on resort was very hospitable and courteous. The food selection was vast. I definitely recommend this resort.

The lobby's temperature was notably high, and the availability of jerk chicken was limited to a three-hour window.

The staff was very attentive and very accommodating. The entire property was excellent. As for the buffet, the waiter and waitresses were outstanding. An overall excellent experience.

This is my second time in Jamaica and my first time at this hotel and my experience was very disappointing. The staff were not helpful or friendly just made the whole experience very unpleasant. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect

First of all this was a very beautiful resort, the beach view during the day and sundown time was amazing, staff weee supper nice. When you’re walking around someone is always asking if you’re okay and or if you need anything. They had parties almost every night when I was there, there was also party pool during the day time. The room were clean, the cleaning staff will clean the room every day. What I did not like was that our windows/ patio door would not open, we called the front desk and they said they would come and look at it but they never did so that was a bummer. We realize that the door was broken all along but if that was the case why not let us not know instead of making us think that there’s nothing wrong and making us false promises.

The beach view was awesome had a pretty good experience.

Great vacay

I didn't like it. I particularly didn't like how the staff treated Americans. Some of them were nice, but the majority of them were nasty. One of the things I hate is inconsistency. I went to the spa to make a reservation for a massage. After I came in and received my massage, I decided I wanted to schedule an appointment for another one, and the front desk person said that I had to pay in full, but when I made the reservation and paid over $500 by the way, I didn't have to make a payment at the time I made the reservation. All in all, I would say my experience there was trash. Jamaica ain't all that for them to have attitudes. The food at the hotel wasn't even mid. I went off the resort multiple times to eat good quality food. They offer snacks at the bar near the entrance, but you can't eat at the bar. Like, what??? Then for some restaurants men can't have on flip flops or sleeveless shirts. So you mean to tell me I'm in a tropical environment and I can't wear clothes meant to be worn in this environment. Man, gon somewhere. They depend on tourism to survive so yea have a good one. 0/10 do not recommend.
