Clean is okay, facilities are quite complete, for water and air conditioning there is absolutely no problem. For the view, this unit is the best in my opinion compared to other units. Get 2 views directly (city and sea). Parking is also immediately taken care of until it's done (this is the best service). So far, I haven't found any less friendly apartment staff as mentioned before. The deposit is indeed in effect but is immediately returned once the unit is checked, there is no shortage/damage. Hopefully the completeness and cleanliness of the unit or bathroom (such as hand soap, hand wipes in the toilet) can be further improved. Next will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The rooms are really cool but there are no toiletries, only 2 pcs towels, then applying a high deposit is different from other units.

Amazing experience...

The concept of an apartment for a family or stay in a group. The view is very good because it faces the sea and the city side of Balikpapan. Close to the mall and in the city center. At the time of check-in, it was rather long to wait for the key to be delivered to the lobby, and sign / direction was still minimal for the first time to arrive. Especially from the parking lot to the room because there is no connecting thing between the towers. Overal rooms and facilities like swimming pool, gym and kids area are very nice. worth to visit again.
