The room facing CIMB Bank had a band from 9 AM to 12 PM, so it was noisy if you wanted to rest at that time. So, you have to be smart in choosing a room and confirm with the hotel. The AC in the room when you stayed automatically turned off every few hours, so you had to restart it from the switch and then turn it back on with the remote. Because when it turned off, we asked the receptionist, and the solution was like that. It was inconvenient for us if we were already asleep, tired from walking around, and suddenly the room was hot, we had to get up to restart the AC. There was a TV, but the channel couldn't be changed, either because the remote was dead or the batteries were dead. So, every time there was a problem, you had to go to the receptionist and they would intervene. It would have been better to have a standby engineer for electrical problems or certain technical issues. Because the area is busy, additional standby staff were needed for urgent needs.
