The room leaked, making us uncomfortable even though we had booked for three nights. We were refused a room change, and there was no hot water.

This is my second stay at the Bitz Bintang Hotel. I keep choosing this hotel because of its strategic location, close proximity to everything, and most importantly, they provide scales for weighing your belongings. So, you don't have to worry about overpacking. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is very strategic, close to everything. The cleanliness is pretty good. However, at night, the music is loud until midnight.

The hotel staff was helpful but rude. The room was comfortable, but the window fell off when opened. If possible, they would have warned me not to open it.

The staff is terrible, especially the receptionists, both male and female. The toilet is broken, the water leaks, the sink is wobbly, the place is noisy, there are lots of cobwebs in the room, it's dirty, the bed is bad, the room can accommodate four people but it's cramped. The receptionist is unreliable.

My stay was absolutely flawless! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and featured a comfortable bed. I also loved the location—it's very central and close to great restaurants, like nasi hainan cheemeng. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

The hotel is strategically located in the Bukit Bintang area, a bustling hub. If you want to go to Pavilion, Alor, or KLCC, you can just walk there, no need to take a taxi. The staff is friendly; we arrived at 1:00 a.m. and were still served. The room wasn't particularly spacious, but it was perfect for sleeping since we'd been sightseeing all day. The price was also affordable. We booked the family room, which was comfortable.

The water flow was small. The AC wasn't cold enough. The building next door was very noisy due to live music.
