Our family and I enjoyed staying at Fika's Room because the facilities were complete. The room was clean and close to the mall.

The place is comfortable, clean, the check-in and check-out process is fast, my kids are happy to stay here, the view at the pool is the best

Staff were very friendly and accommodating and were very quick to address minor issues I had with my room.

I got my room upgrade from deluxe to executive.

The hotel's location is absolutely excellent! It's very close to the mall, minimarket, and plenty of food options at the food court. The staff is incredibly friendly—they were incredibly helpful. My room was super comfortable, quiet, and made me feel at home. Cleanliness is guaranteed. Overall, this hotel is great value for money and highly recommended, especially for those looking for easy access. I also received a pleasant surprise with a complimentary upgrade from Deluxe to Executive. A wonderful stay!
