Ac is not cold, set 16 degrees feels like 28 degrees, shower water is small, bathroom door is broken

Sorry, 2x stay here, always fast checkout. Uncomfortable not because of the situation in the room but always being bothered by other residents (spirits). The first night was at the window (11th floor). The second stay was idle with a special electric switch for the room to turn off (11th floor). Please pay attention to the apartment management.

The place is ugly and dirty, there is no drinking water and other equipment, the water is dead and alive, just not anymore.

The bathroom is not clean, dirty, for the management system is not satisfactory when we book we ask for the room to be able to smoke but when we check out the receptionist says there is a fine for smoking and states that the room cannot smoke even though at check-in no one is told the room cannot smoking while we have asked for a room request to be able to smoke is really very disappointing.

I stopped by my wife. My wife did not plan to stay overnight. After taking my wife home, I came back again. I heard as if there was a voice in the other bedroom. I asked for the room to be opened, but I couldn't immediately because I had to wait for hotel management in the morning. The hotel should provide access to guests to ensure guests' privacy is not disturbed responsively. Previously it was almost the same. After I escorted my wife, I found rubber bands on our bed. I'm really disappointed.

The bathroom was dense, the cable tv was broken again and the tissues were gone.

Only the cleanliness is a bit lacking because the sheets have blood stains, my advice when changing the sheets should be checked first if there are blood stains, don't use them.
