Hello We would like to inform you that the customer has made a booking with us through the We Travel Together Project, the hotel cannot allow the customer to check-in because the customer has breached the project conditions and did not actually stay The hotel has examined and found that customers have made a reservation with the hotel through a project we traveled together. And someone else's ID card and wallet application were used to the hotel to scan the check-in. But did not make the actual stay With the intention of checking in to receive a coupon worth 900 baht in order to exchange the difference in the value of coupons received from the program for cash from participating network stores.
