Close to bus and train links. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable with all basic amenities. Above a bar that serves good food. Can hear bar noises if the window is open, but that was not disruptive to us. 3 car parking spaces outside with charging points

Clean room, comfy bed, hot shower. Nearby corner shop and Tesco metro. Short walk to cafes etc at Queens Park. The food in the pub was very good. My only complaint is that one of the bar staff had a runny nose, would blow it and NOT WASH HIS HANDS and go on to serve people.Basic hygiene!!! I am glad we had eaten before we noticed this..

Room was clean. But TV didn't work. And it was like a ghost town in the morning when I was looking for breakfast - which was good when I found someone!

We had a nice couple of nights in this charming pub/hotel. Our room was on the top floor so quite a few stairs, but that wasn’t really an inside for us. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The food served in the pub was delicious, we would definitely return in the future.

The staff are always welcoming and are aware we are repeat guests. Our room was clean and modern. There was a fridge in the room, coffee making facilities, a superb shower, a comfy bed, and towels. Good location for underground trains.

Room was large and comfortable and clean. Staff friendly on arrival. Good location for kiln theatre and short walk to queens park for cafes and shopping.

Lovely nice quiet b&b easy parking close to M1 out of the congestion zone and close to transport for any part of London

Used the Kilburn Arms just for one night during our family’s trip to London as its only about 12 minute walk from a Jubilee tube line. Nice and friendly staff, who showed us to our room. We had a family room (quadruple) which was great for us. King size bed and 2 single beds. All very comfy. Parking was for free just on the side street,but that’s because we visited this over weekend. So we left the car there after we checked out and returned to it just as we were travelling back home. Not sure how this would work out during the week. It’s a short walk to the Kilburn Underground Station (0.6 miles) for the Jubilee line so nice connection to Westminster.

Got there and was told my room was not available they had my number on booking request and didnt bother to ring just said nothing they can do about it no onsite parking as advertised just out side on road

Ruime familiekamer. Koelkastje en waterkoker aanwezig. Goed bed en warme douche. Buurt is oud, maar duidelijk in ontwikkeling door aantrekken hippere winkels en horeca. Op woensdag en vrijdagavond (tot 12 uur) muziek in de pub die je goed hoort in de kamer.

Tout était très bien. À part le bruit venant du pub les soirs de karaoke et de musique live.
