Terrible experience.

Terrible Service - Worst hotel ever.

The hotel was excellent value for the very modest price. Room was spacious and clean, floor heating in the bathroom and good indoor climate generally. Eggs on the breakfast buffet were cooked to perfection. The self service and outdoor hallways can feel a bit creepy and oppressive. I travelled alone for work in January and the area around the hotel was pitch black and deserted.

Room was in very good condition but the entry keypad on the door was faulty and it took several tries to make it work each time we came in . This mad is nervous that we might not be able to access the room again when we went out

Ok morgen mad.

Only hot water in shower. No intruder safety on windows if you open them for the night, we were on groundfloor.

Vi havde en enkelt overnatning på Hotel Sønderborg Kaserne. Nem selv check-in. Stort rent værelse. Vi kommer gerne tilbage.

Flotte charmerende omgivelser, alt omkring opholdet fungerede og dejlig morgenmad.

Vi så kun 2 personer til morgenmad. De snakkede ikke dansk,

There is not only no front desk check-in, but literally no hotel staff to help with anything other than people cleaning the room. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Sinks in private bathrooms are motion-activated.

Safe parking. I stayed 2 nights .. the fire alarm when off both nights. Waking everyone and waiting for fire department to come and shut the alarm off.. False alarm. No fire and anything.

10 mins walk to centre of town or the castle Clean and modern hotel. Free parking 500m away

The parking was due to booking through a contractor a pay to park experience, not okay. The was a service technicians who changed the battery andin the lock. Nu t somethinvi would expect happen to a bookes room
