Hotels.com verified review
The hotel refused to accept my Hotels.com itinerary and asked me to pay again. Suggestion that Hotels.com was a scam. They didn’t even offer to call you and resolve the issues. I basically spent 30-45 minutes calling Hotels.com to ask them to call the hotel. Terrible service, terrible harassment.
