The room itself was nice and clean, a with newish decor, I also liked the electric kettle, at last I saw one in a Bulgarian hotel!
However, I circled around for almost an hour because the hotel was impossible to find and the locals didn't know about it either.
There was no street sign with the hotel street name and the hotel itself is hidden between residential buildings and trees so you can't see it. The hotel staff should've acknowledged the area's lack of street signs and should've put some directions for visitors to find the hotel. I asked the reception guy "Where is the street sign for the hotel street?" and he responded with great confidence "I don't know". What a smart answer! Another one said to me "You don't use navigation?" Well, not everyone is glued to their smartphone for everything, and not everyone uses mobile navigation or has mobile internet.
Even if they do, that doesn't replace the hotel's responsibility and usual business practice to post directions because the hotel staff know very well that the hotel area lacks any street names and it will be very difficult for visitors to find it. There is a reason why in general street names exist in almost any place around the world and why hotels put "How to find us" directions for all their guests. The staff's response was that they are planning (?!) to put signs for their hotel. Hello! You should've done that before you opened the hotel for business!
