Parking was spot on room was mucky very poor

The hotel was easy to access and check in was quick and trouble free. The room was tidy and had everything you would need but the cleaners need to reach a bit higher in dusting off the ledges and tops of pictures, mirrors and the bed surround. The bar area was basic but served its purpose and we hadn’t booked breakfast so paid for it on the first morning. Due to the good standing for so long under lights, the bacon was like leather, the beans had a stiff skin across the top and my orange juice glass had someone’s lipstick stuck to the rim which I hadn’t noticed until I had drank most of it. Another bugbear was that your room card closed off line well before 11am and so twice we had to ask reception to reactivate it so we could get back in. Plenty of free parking and fast food outlets right next door that are open till late

Clean room, great staff, easy parking, nice location. Shower should have a wider screen as water splashes everywhere during showering. Enjoyed the stay with family.

The rooms were not that clean, a lot of dirt in the bathroom that could have been cleaned easily.. a lot if dust in the room itself, was not happy at all.. we stayed one night but if needed for more i would have moved or complained.. The breakfast was nothing near good, everything was dry, not topped up or replaced and wasn’t enjoyable. Also I had to pay extra for the children breakfast, as they said my room for 4 includes only breakfast for 2 and this was the booking issue with Hotels.com but still was not convinced as we stayed at another hotels around those days also booked in the same way and had no such thing! Kids eating only a slice of bread with Nutella or hardly a half sausage .. the hotel should not make people to pay extra 13£ for that.. really disappointed

Nice, clean and decently sized rooms, friendly and helpful staff. We like to stay here when we come up to Leeds for a concert, it's half the price of a city centre hotel and only 15 minutes in a taxi.

Good staff , clean room

Helpfully part of hhe Skelton services complex. Good parking and car charging. Reasonably priced. Good spread of breakfast and friendly and polite staff

Staff were fantastic, especially Clare front desk, and bar staff, very frendly and accomodating. Room was great and food also. Will be back, thank you all.

Good basic but in good location rooms aren’t cleaned unless requested plus towels not replaced likewise! Never like this policy at any establishment

Very poor and no Equipment at all

The rooms were ok, it’s run down and also most of the service places were shut! And at £20 per dog for one night it’s ridiculous- I paid almost as much as for the humans. No way it’s justifiable to charge that much for cleaning for one night/ we won’t be back

Great room but staff support lacking when someone decided to hold a rave in the room. Ruined our stay and some ofnthe other people staying. They kicked them out the next day but the night staff were useless.

Room was okay although couldn’t get the heating right. Either too warm or a bit cool. Shower didn’t seem to get as hot as expected. Been to hotel numerous times but starting to look a little tired and jaded especially the carpets
