Staff and rooms were nice. There is a rooftop with a bar and restaurant. Indian food was the better option. Breakfast on the rooftop is very pleasant. Rooms in the front of the hotel can be a bit noisy since the room faces the street. Overall, nice place to stay.

The location is great and has easy access to the mall,botanical gardens and Lake Victoria. The menu is varied and caters for both local and European food. The front desk staff are very helpful and some like Judith and Heidi,were especially friendly and helpful in sorting out any transport or room issues.I was even provided a complimentary foot massage by the in-house Linora salon and spa ,whose staff additionally provided great pedocures and manicures. I would certainly return if back in Entebbe.

This property had rooms that smelled of smoke. Room service that took 1.5 hrs and was rancid (hamburger meat and Mac and cheese) when delivered. Check in took 40 minutes. The electricity went out 6 times. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

We were promised a Steam room and Sauna BUT were told on arrival that they were not working which we found quite fishy as the Team at the bar was shocked when we informed them that those facilities were not working. Said facilities are adjacent to the BAR. We got the feeling that the hotel has preferred guests...

The staff was the best part. Everyone was very nice and welcoming.

The check in policy of 2:00 Pm is really disturbing....imagine showing up from the airport very tired in the morning and they tell ypu to go to the mall you will come back at 2:00 pm ...so disturbing.....And the break fast area smells like gas

This hotel is a solid choice for an overnight stay, especially given its proximity to the airport. The restaurant has a good variety of food options, and the prices are quite reasonable.

Location was great as you can walk to mall. Also rooftop area was fantastic with food and drink and a lovely plunge swimming pool. Service was happy to help. Food was amazing.
