The apartment was nice, clean, and quiet. The staff at the platform were also incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Queenie. Thank you so much for letting me retrieve my charger, which I'd forgotten! 👍👍👍

The room is ok, but the services was not good. I have trouble with getting into the room and booking, and when i asked the staff for help, get gave me the biggest attitude ever. Then later i asked them if it ok to leave my luggage in the lobby for like 5 min. They straight up said NO, just a fricking simple word NO and along with an attitude. When they speaking in english with me, they seem fine but when switch to chinese they does not have the same attitude. I know chinese so i knew that it was not because of the tone.

I stayed at the hotel on a business trip and booked for 2 night where i was suppose to have meetings all day . But the basement flooded and no elevators worked for 2 days leaving me to use the staircase to commute up and down. Had to cancel all my meetings and the interstate trip became a waste of time. Thw hotel offered me only a refund of $40.00 where i paid $338 the hotel didnt believe i was entitled to ! Extremely disappointing be careful before booking with a poorly run property and extremely poor service.

We rent the top floor apartment (35/F) which has a wonderful view of Melbourne landscape. The room is nicely furnished with fully equipped kitchen facilities. This apartment has 3 rooms in which 2 are ensuit. Bathroom are well design. The TV is huge and the dining table is lovely. The whole apartment are very clean. However, the air conditioning in all bedroon rooms not working properly. Luckily its winter time and so the ac in living area can run into 3 rooms slowly. We have tried to ask staff several time to come up for help but eventually no one is coming up to fix this problem. They just like to whatsapp communicate and insist the ac takes times to run (still not working after 2 days...) Staff services is not up to the standard obviously.

I think it's good, sometimes the intercom does not work correctly however everything else is efficient, finding rooms can be a bit difficult and some rooms are cleaner then others, convenient location however.
