What a top hotel, located in the perfect spot to access the nearby sports arenas. Staff were terrific, room was perfect and topped off by a great breakfast. Seamless check in/out. Questions answered perfectly. Room was spotless and the bed amazingly comfortable. Would highly recommend and stay again

Really disappointed with my stay here. It’s way overpriced for what you get. I ended up moving to Meriton Suites Broadbeach for less money and got a room about five times bigger with much better facilities — wish I’d booked there from the start. The bed was only a double, way too small for two people. I’m 6'1" and my feet hung off the end. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, definitely needs replacing. We even bought a blow-up mattress just to get some sleep. Wi-Fi was terrible and basically unusable. No fresh air either, since none of the windows opened. Location might be okay if you have to be nearby for a reason, but there aren’t many food options — you’ll end up driving somewhere anyway. Honestly, you’re better off staying in Broadbeach and driving out if needed.

We stayed here as we could find a room closer to venue we had to attend. I am sure that you were staying here for a sporting event it would be great. We had room 226, 1. The carpet was dirty and stained. 2. The bed was uncomfortable. 3. No language stand provided. 4. The bathroom was adequate for a two night stay. BUT (a) the shower was ok, but the water didn't stay inside the shower area. Heaps of on the outside of shower. (b) a very small basin. (c) No towel brush. (d) the door to the bathroom, wasn't installed correctly and unless it was fully closed it would swing open in the small entrance. 5. The cabinetry was ok a couple of shelves would be great for people who would stay for a few days. 6. The gentleman that were on the main desk where VERY HELPFUL and should be given good feedback. 7. The house keeping staff, are very accommodating, as we need to get ready when the room was due to be cleaned, and they came back later and did our room, thank you ladies.

Stayed the weekend here and it was great! We will be back. Clean, comfortable and well maintained property. The sports center with complimentary access to hotel guests is an added bonus! Played a good round of mini golf to end the day. We will be back! What a gem of a find. We hope the staff continue to maintain it in the current condition.
