Absolutely a great time other than the seagrass aroma, but next to coki beach was worth it !! So beautiful

This was our second time, no complaints.

Check in was supposed to be four. Had to wait 90 min. and agree to a different room. Restaurant was awful, horrible service, bad attitudes. Least friendly resort we have ever experienced

The resort itself was very nice. The restaurant is ok, nothing great. It wasn’t exactly enjoyable but it wasn’t awful. The smell, omg the smell !!! So we were aware that they have a seaweed problem this time of year, but one of our taxi drivers told us that it’s their fault. They do not actually take care of the beach on the resort. They let the seaweed just pile up. Even after “cleaning”. They just make piles of seaweed and leave it there and I promise it really is a unbearable. We did everything we could to stay off the resort because of the smell. Also, when you check in, they will pressure you to attend a presentation, which at the time they didn’t tell us was a sales presentation so we went. When you decline what they are offering they will try to pressure you to buy and make you feel horrible. My husband and I had such a bad experience at that presentation. They literally told us “we can’t just let you leave”. We’re on OUR va that we paid for and they try to hold you hostage there until you buy. Eventually we left with no issue and got to enjoy the rest of our vacation. That presentation and the smell from the beach is enough to assure we will NEVER stay here again nor recommend it to anyone. We will definitely visit the island again just never staying here again.

I didn't like the smell

Really loved it, will definitely come back. Had a little issue with the room key the ck out day, the disactivated the key 1 hour before ck out time but everything else was great

The staff were wonderful, helpful and attentive. The room sizes were large and I love the little kitchenette. However, I’ll never stay here again. There is no beach. It is closed due to Sargassum, which is in every way pervasive. You cannot be outside and cannot breathe near the lobby, restaurant and main pool. The smell radiates through the air and invades your respiratory system. Every day we stayed there, I couldn’t wait to get in a cab and leave to go elsewhere on the island. I stayed there with my two teenage daughters, and will never return. You live and learn—I do think there should be a statement about the impact of sargassum on the description of the hotel because it feels dishonest not to let potential guests know how it impacts their stay and experience.

Property was nice despite the sargassum but that was expected. Bar service was slow and rude. Golf carts during the early mornings or mid day were non existent Erick the golf cart driver was amazing. He was quick and safe and always accommodating. The others not so much so. This was our second time visiting and this time was nothing compared to the amazing me and wife experienced last year took two days of calling to get an iron to my room. Upon leaving I called down for golf cart service to assist with taking luggage down from the hilltop room we had. 45 minutes and nobody came. So me my wife and our son had to carry our luggage down from the room 14102 and on our way down we were passed up by 2 empty golf carts and neither stop to ask if we needed a ride down. Probably won’t stay here again after saying all these good things last year and getting our entire family of 12 excited for nothing. Mrs Keri by the pool was super energetic and enjoyable. But that’s it. Hope this helps create a better experience for someone else

Getting a golf cart to get around the property wasn’t quick at all. One of the drivers for the golf carts almost ran my ankle over not paying attention. The beach was full of seaweed and not usable. The seaweed was not a pleasant smell to have while trying to eat at the restaurant. Or sit by the lower pool.

The resort was great aside from b the seaweed smell that's being ignored by the resort.

Had a great time definitely will come back

Room was fine. Upper level pool was great! There was an abundance of seaweed that was left in the water and beach area to where it was unavailable our entire stay. The rancid smell from the seaweed kept us from utilizing over half of the amenities on the property including the restaurant and main pool area.

Its a Beautiful Property, but No Beach lots of seaweed in their coast that brings terrible smell. Two pools AWESOME but the one next to the beach NoNoNo. Infinity Pool is very nice in top of the hill. Love it.

It was clean and had lots stairs! But also a shuttle so you don’t die. Rooms were large and clean! Only wish the coffee option was better in the “town center”, also wish room service was available.
