Room was a little outdated but functional and clean. The breakfast menu get repetitive really quickly and we did not get fruit every time and some item from menu weren’t available. Staff was friendly and helpful but failed to manage water taxi to Aore island,but maybe the problem was with the taxi provider.

We had no WiFi in our stay which was very frustrating, and there was also not hot water for our showers. We expect more from a hotel of this standard. The staff were great and lovely! And it’s located right in the centre of town.

The "Tú" as is refered to, was a great experience. The staff service, kidness and attention to detail went over my expectations. The food was pretty good and the beds really comfy. Next time in Santo I will definitely book again.

Such a great stay! We were really busy on different outings throughout our time but our room was so pleasant to go back to and get the rest we needed. Very comfortable and great staff! We felt very taken care of the whole time.

For price i paid of $200 a night is very disappoinring. Had seminar going with band noise coming directly up to my room. Friday night is party time in town and they do have a great time but room was directly over street. Breakfast very basic. Redeeming feature is the staff

This is a friendly, well run, clean, quiet home away from home. Chef standard food is superb - always a great bar and restaurant experience. It’s been an absolute delight to keep returning here year after year. Locals also appreciate it as the best place in town to gather for family and work functions - this is a great tick of approval from a seasoned traveller. Business can also be conducted with good office backup from the front desk - always with a willing smile.

The people and staff were caring and considerate. The only problem was, a couple of nights i had no water until about 5:30 am. If i used the bathroom in the night i could not wash my hands.

Espiritu was a great location in the town, the restaurant offered delicious meal and drink options. Rooms were simple but nice and clean, The staff were incredible.😊

Average room and dining area was hot but staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff more than made up for the shortcomings of the hotel. They catered to your beconed call. They made a point of learning your name and going out of the way to greet you and ask how you were doing. One of the staff even offered to walk with me a couple of blocks to the local museum.

The hotel is basic. The main building has a nice pool (cold) and bar area. The rooms are functional but has wear and tear, and a little run down. The beds are comfortable. It was ok for the price. The area is not the best, I would recommend staying out near a beach or with a family if you want better accessible sites. The restaurant was great when you could get the options. Supply options seem to be an issues as they were out of things, sometimes almost everything. For comparison, this would be a hotel you would pay 10-20$ for in Asia.
