The staff is very cordial and helpful. The complementary breakfast is a great addition. The property is fairly close to the airport and shuttle service is available. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff were amazing (All the staff, truly & I don't say that lightly) and the hotel was gorgeous- modern, though old skool vibes, very clean with classic Nepali touches everywhere. The breakfast was lovely with fresh watermelon juice and a solid buffet + order options… Other meals were equally good (room and restaurant so) . The team really took the time to think through how to create a menu that will please travelers from many countries. I would stay here again in a heartbeat for business or personal travel. Thanks to the team for a lovely stay.

Staff was wonderful, shuttle service was great, clean and comfortable room, good restaurants. Only inconvenience was the showers were slow to warm up.

The staff at Basera were so generous and went out of their way to take good care of us. Our room was gorgeous. A beautiful bathroom. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The restaurants were excellent. Great food and tremendous service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Boutique Hotel. A must visit.

We stayed in three separate hotels during our trip to Nepal and this was by far our favorite. The service and quality of the room and food was by the best for the price. Our stay could not have been better.

This is the place for you if you’re not looking for rooms that are almost identical in all chain hotels. Simply exquisite. Excellent service too.
