The property owners showed lack of professionalism. I booked through Expedia.com and made payment but when I got to the property I was told they were fully booked yet I had travelled over 200km.They grudgingly refunded me but I felt I was treated unfairly as they did not consider the inconvenience caused, my fuel etc but gave me exact amount yet I had also incurred some transaction charges.

Cool thatched chalets, great place for relaxation, in contact with nature and away from the busyness of city life. However the catering facility for guest food services needs to be upgraded.
