Water smells. Apparently the smelly water is known in the community. Room smelled of cigarettes apparently related to apartments beneath the hotel, that are privately owned and cigarettes smoke rises to hotel room. Pet friendly that waa good. Snow was piled high...apparently no attempts to remove around the entrance way...difficult to maneuver around piles of snow. But it appeared that the community doesn't remove snow piles. Thermostat was broken and room was chilly. Extra blankets were not sufficient to prevent shivering. Do not recommend this place

We stayed here 3 days while visiting a relative in Espanola. Everything was fine. Unruly or noisy patrons are not tolerated so you can be guaranteed a good night's sleep. Staff and owner friendly. I would recommend the location.

Where to begin with this one. Hilton prices for a subpar highway motel. Pros Friendly staff Location. Tim’s across the street. No highway noise Easy parking for big vehicles No bugs Safe Cons Room was freezing cold and took hours to warm. No duvet. Just a sheet and thin bedspread. Cleanliness: Sheets did not look laundered. Previous guest’s hairs in shower. Toothpaste gob from guest past in sink. Don’t dare look behind the bed. A luggage tag stuck to floor. Tv remote not compatible with tv.

Gentleman at the desk was very nice and helpful. Clean rooms and great price. Will stay here again. Thank you.

The room was very big bathroom was very clean all new shower large.very warm room tv worked great.was very impressed with the cleanliness of room.will be returning and stay there again on next trip thru espanola. Thank you Goodmans motel.
