This hotel is amazing. The attention to detail was extraordinary from the decor, to the staff, to the excellent food, to the onsite bars. Loved it!

The building, rooms, dinning room and lobby are a master piece. Just beautiful. Not much practical if you are going in business plans, because in the rooms you do not have a desk to work. Beside this, all the things are great. You can eat in the restaurant the best food of the city. Excelent wines and very friendly staff.

A person who likes a spotless, modern facility will not find this to their liking. We are antique buffs, and to live in a 50 year-old stone house with the main rooms on the planta baca and the sleeping rooms above. as would have been the custom in the old days, was a delight. The room and bath were charming, and the suitable décor was carefully chosen [and for sale]. The entire structure is made of stone--hence The Roka--and survived the earth quake of 1949 in tact. It was a gre2502at experience.

This property is old but very nice! It has a great charm. Staff are friendly and breakfast included with the booking was amazing! It is centrally located and has a restaurant on the main level.

They need to add AC into rooms is very hot and uncomfortable. The food at restaurnat needs improvement as werk

Since we arrived to the hotel they received us with cordiality. The rooms were big and confortable.

This was a nice place to stay. It wasn't in the center of town, but was close enough to walk to many good places to eat. My only complaint was the shower was luke warm. I like HOT water. The breakfast was great, the atmosphere was also great. The building had a lot of character. It was an older building but had been updated and turned into a pleasant place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Les falta mucho para ser un hotel 4 estrellas el personal está en aprendizaje y es muy importante cobrar por todo sin importar el servicio incluso en el desayuno se se puede pedir un poco más de jugo o café que está incluido en el precio de la habitación te cobran ración completa adicional por todo, te sirven lo programado o importa si lo quieres o no 👎 Mas que un hotel de estadía es un bar, lo que le hace al hotel muy bullicioso hasta la media noche

no se especifica qué tipo de habitación es la económica, muy bonita pero junto al restaurante separado por una ventana, se oye y te oyen todo hasta que se vaya la gente de ahí puede ser muy tarde eso, muy molesto, si hubiera sabido que es así esa habitación no la hubiera aceptado

El hotel es muy bueno, el estilo clásico del hotel me encantó, la cama a mi parecer es sumamente comoda, la decoración es excelente, lo mejor de mi estancia fue la comida la cual es exquisita, creo que la mejor comida que probé en Ambato. Lo único que mejoraría sería mejorar el tema del hongo que está en el techo del baño, no es muy grande pero sería perfecto no tenerlo.
