Very good hotel with a walking distance to seabus to downtown, very clean and shiny, many restaurants around

Very nice place, great location!

Our room was very nice clean and convienent for both of us as we have mobilty issues. We did not get to stay long as were there for medical reason and left the next day. I will make sure that I return and share our stay with family and friends.

We stayed at this hotel first time June 20th one night & we loved it. Hotel is very clean, room was very clean & staff at front desk were amazing. Check in time the guy was very nice and at check out time the Punjabi guy with turban didn’t get his name he was supper nice. So we will be coming back whenever we go do our night out again.

On Friday night there was loud music at the Lonsdale Quay until 10pm. When we talked to the front desk next morning. They said there was no music. We won’t stay there again.

Great stay, staff so helpful. Everything you need is walking distance. If you’re looking to have a peaceful night away from the city, this is the perfect spot.

Parking is a bit hit & miss as it’s in shared public parking . Our registration was taken at check-in so you don’t get fined for parking however they got it wrong & day 1 we got a parking fine ! A trip to reception was needed to sort it but just felt hotel staff were a little careless . Otherwise pretty good & nice location near the water .

Great location, clean modern room, nice bathroom, parking isn’t included, but not expensive comparatively. Would recommend for couples or solo travel.

It was a quick easy check in, staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and it had little extras. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great rest! Definitely will be back.

Travel to Vancouver 4 to 5 times a year for work. This is the best hotel I've found to stay at. Going forward this is my go to spot!

Loved the location! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Most importantly, the property appears to be very well maintained —- clean lobby, hallways and rooms. Nice toiletries too!
