Very clean and cozy property. The pool area was accommodating and well laid out. The room had everything we needed except towels. There were only 2 shower towels and 1 smaller towel. No facecloths or pool towels. The staff isn't there very often and when you try to call them they don't always answer the phone, or texts for that matter. This was the only frustrating thing about Juanedu.

Kitchen has regular size fridge, freezer has ice machine & theres a stove. There are dishes, cookware, kettle, toaster. Bathroom has soap, & shampoo. Clean rooms. AC keeps room cool. Staff is very nice.

Room was clean, staff was welcoming and friendly. Location is very quiet and safe.

All was good. Pillows a little lacking but in fairness we never asked for additional or change of pillows. Overall I give it a top rating!

Everything was amazing!

The room uses an old fashioned key for both sides of the door to lock. The room was clean and comes with an efficiency kitchen, which I did not use. Pool and pool area were clean. No hair conditioner provided. No TV service provided besides a few news channels (can log into your own streaming services with the TV). The hotel is in a suburban type area with absolutely no restaurants to walk to from the hotel. I don't recommend staying at this hotel without having a rental vehicle.

It is a small resort, and the property is very clean. The staff is friendly when checking in, but they leave at 6:00 pm, and you have to WhatsApp them to get anything. However, it is 20 minutes away from any restaurants and main tourist areas. You absolutely need a car or taxis to get anywhere. In addition, the steps getting in/out of the pool area is very slippery, and my wife fell there and hurt herself.

Yes everything was awesome the staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool area is nice would stay again 😄

Reasonable price

We stayed one night in two rooms before moving to our rental house for a week. We all agreed we would come back and really enjoyed our time here. It’s not close to much and the area looks a little rough but we had no concerns outside or inside the property. Rental car is a must if you are staying here long term. It was exceptionally clean, comfy beds and pillows! The kitchenettes/apt size fridge was awesome to have. Bathroom was small but clean and functional. Not an issue for us at all. Pool was great and the landscaping in the pool area was so pretty. Staff wasn’t super friendly but wasn’t rude, just quiet if anything. We had a great stay!

No fork to eat with, coffee pot as broken… bed was comfortable and I loved the layout of the place. They allowed us to use their pool before check in and after check out times. They called us a cab to get to the airport 1.2 miles away :)

Our stay was awesome! We were there for a couple of days and check in was easy. Our Room was modern and clean. We liked the pool and it have plenty of chairs. We felt safe and the other guests were friendly. The hotel is cozy and intiminte

Staff was curious, room was clean though we had to kill small lizard which had crawed a cross our bed. Our only issue was the bed. It was old and huut our back after being there for only 2 days. The other issue is location. This hotel is off the beaten path. The cab driver had a hard time finding it initially. Took us 20 - 25 minutes to get to the ⛱ beach. Great price but the location to the beach a concern.
