Metal parts in bathroom were all rusty. Towels were very old looking like rags. Water had a strong chlorine scent

We would highly recommend if you are needing to stay near the airport. Have a free shuttle. They have two restaurants upstairs. That smell amazing and they have clean, affordable rooms and everyone there is super nice

Terrible, don’t stay here. I just tried to write a rating and it deleted everything. No extra towels or toilet paper. Air conditioning leaked Beds sunken in Rusted shower heads with lots of calcium buildup Water smelt like bleach - made eyes burn after showering Asked for money at every point but in USD. We were Canadians No one at desk when my niece tried to meet us at 3am. She stood outside for 30minutes, unable to get inside because the doors are locked for safety.

We were 3 in our room, we had to ask for more towels. When we would use them, they would take the dirty ones but not replace with clean ones. We had to ask for toilet paper. The air conditioning leaked. They kept asking us for money in USD when our booking was in CAD, also odd that they wouldn’t be asking for local currency. The beds were very sunken in and uneven. The shower was rusted and had heavy calcium buildup and the water smelt like bleach. After I would shower I felt my eyes would burn when I kept them open. The battery in the remote for the tv was dead and we had to go ask for a new one. We requested a shuttle from the hotel to the airport, and we had to pay for it. When the service was supposed to be included. Our booking said breakfast included, when we went to get something to eat upstairs there was no one there. Completely empty. The receptionist had to CHECK if we could get food without paying. Then SHE was the one who made the breakfast. Only thing we can say was that the breakfast she made was actually good. The dynamics of the hotel in general were very weird. We had another guest come to meet us and she stood outside for over 30 minutes at 3am waiting to get into the hotel because there was no one at the desk.

To small small tv, ,need to have a gym. Other than i love the. Staff, especially sherry.

I stayed here for just one night, and it was exactly what I needed. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, which made getting there in the morning quick and stress-free. Comfortable, clean, and efficient—perfect for a short stay before flying out. Plus free shuttle and a restaurant.

Great place

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. AC did not work and linens were not changed properly but figured in a rush to accommodate us as we needed to check in early.

Always a great stay for short visits and airport transfers. Helpful and pleasant staff. On site restaurant is fantastic.

Excellent location, close to the airport and affordable. My wife also likes to stay there, even when travelling solo, as she feels safe.

Easy access to the rooms and the staff was very reliable and helpful. 10/10 would recommend and definitely coming for another stay, whenever I’m coming through Trinidad. Also the restaurant was perfection

We booked this online last minute after missing our connecting flight; we needed a reasonably priced hotel close to the airport for an overnight stay. This fit the bill. Staff were very friendly and helpful; our room on the first floor was clean and spacious. We had an issue with the tv and the front desk clerk tried to assist. There’s limited food options nearby so we ate at the airport before checking in. That said, there is a restaurant on the top floor (Indian and Thai food); we ate a continental breakfast. We were assured that all meat served is halal and that was an added benefit. Nice hotel; good price; welcoming staff.
