Great views of water fall from the window. Good location, easy walk to city center. They have 2 good restaurants and nice coffee shop in premises.

The hotel was nice but should be noted that the rooms don’t have AC. The staff were very nice and accommodating and brought a fan to the room. Also no elevators. I would suggest that they at least put screens on the windows so that guests can open the window without mosquitoes coming in. When we entered the room there were already mosquitos in the room. The hotel is older but clean.

The hotel is a large one with the advantage of a good spa - hot tubs, sauna and steam room. Staff were great, food was good.

Wonderful place in town. Quiet locale but close to everything. Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Decent spa. Spacious, nice rooms. Two suggestions: ceiling fans in the rooms instead of chandeliers. I had to sleep with my balcony doors open in order to cool the room down at night. No phones in the spa wasn’t followed by Ecuadorians who visited. Many on speaker phones / FaceTimes instead of observing the quiet signage posted. Spa staff notified but weren’t open to requesting they stop so I left on numerous occasions.

Great place to stay, staff is very welcoming helpful. Will stay here every time I come back to visit.

Beautiful place

The "Cabanas Luxury Matrimonial" were bare basic. No ventilation, no AC, no fan, windows open but don't have screens to keep bus out. No chairs to sit, 2 towels, 2 hangers, 1 bottle of water, nothing else. The price was very reasonable though. The 2 jacuzzies were not hot. One was lukewarm and the other was cold. There were plenty of spa options available.

Facilities were outstanding and staff very friendly and helpful. I love the convenience of being close to the Termas.
