The service was terrible and after asking for glasses and plates they were not given to us and the rooms were smelling sewerage and after complaining no action was taken and the sink was leaking and no action was taken

Its centrally located and easily accessible. Staff are veey friendly and helpful

very comfortable rooms with separate sitting room and bedroom, with excellent kitchen facilities.

Excellent stay

I was stay here when visiting Kampala, which is frequent

Their WiFi is horrible! It’s basic email sending. And the issue is, they don’t action on the feedback. I kept telling them to fix it, in vain.

It was good in general. Clean room and well furnished. Unfortunately the AC unit was very poor. Though it was running all night the temperature never went down. It made the stay a bit unpleasant.

This is a fabulous hotel at a great price. My room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I even enjoyed taking naps on the beautiful couch. I look forward to staying here again.

The message communication did not work but I always got a response emailing them. Airport shuttle was competitively priced, extremely clean and no issues.

Great Location When I came back to Uganda only staying here. Staff was super helpful and friendly breakfast was great the property was really keep up

I really like this hotel. And you can bet anytime I'm in Kampala this is where I'm going to stay. I was so surprised when I saw my room it's so large. Nice clean and very comfortable room. I'm pretty happy with all of the staff. Ronald and Nelson at the front desk we're both very helpful. A very nice selection of food for breakfast And there was always plenty of fresh fruit. Vivian and Stacy staff members in the restaurant always made me feel welcome and comfortable. The location is perfect.
