One of the towers doesn’t really feel like a hotel. The main building is nice. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant was closed for one week during my visit which we found very disappointing as we would use it to entertain and dine with our guests

Too much noise

None helped me with my luggage when I check out and I had a big bag and too many stairs. In the breakfast I asked to clean a table and i didn’t received help. I had to clean it myself

Staff steered by management is mostly fake friendly and hotel is not run by a mentality based on hospitality and understanding. Professional travellers will pick this up immediately. However hotel is nice and clean in a good area.

The staff was amazing & very helpful. There is a bar on the main level which does play loud music almost every night. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

It is a nice and vibrant hotel on a very good location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay at while in Asuncion.

Great complex with lots of happening

Great, hop place. Great hotel amenities and services within the Atrium. Especially the hair and nail salon Marie Carol. Highly recommended .

Very helpful and attentive staff

My only complaint is that the music plays too loud, and I can hear it in my room. I prefer a quiet hotel.

Had to ask repeatedly for things such as toilet paper and towels. Said would bring then would not bring.. Hotel breakfast absolutely awful, and staff was rude

Excelente todo, solo que el acceso no tiene rampa y se complica entrar con valijas grandes, pero destaca la atención del staff. La cocina esta bien, aunque faltaban utensilios básicos de cocina. Baños limpios y camas twin muy cómodas.

Hotel was nice but the room is very básic. Bed, desk, TV. Breakfast was ok. I'd give it a 6.5 out of 10. The gym was excelente. I wish the gym in my apartment building was as nice. I didn't really like the área. There was a good size mall near by with a few nice restaurants but no stores to buy snacks or beverages. Also there are no tourist attraction near by. I would give it a higher rating if it were in a different location.

Beautiful hotel, well located, stayed in the 2nd building on the 6th floor two-floor suite. Room was nice and clean, there’s an outdoor pool and a restaurant on the same floor. I would have rated them 5 star but at check-in I told them I hadn’t paid for the room yet, the desk assured me that no it was already fully paid.. next day I come back to the hotel after a day out.. room door is locked, I had to go back down to check-in for them to mention me the room was not paid.. duh! Secondly I paid for 3 nights for two guests knowing my friend would only stay one night, breakfast was included for 2 for all nights. At check-out time, I come to find out that they’re charging me for one breakfast because my friend didn’t registered at the desk, how ridiculous.
