Enjoyed my one night stay, great room service, good rooms, complimentary coffee and water in the room. Breakfast delivered on time and as requested. Reception were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is fresh and modern. Enjoyed my stay.

Great location, clean room and nice atmosphere. The internet connection wasn’t the best and there is no gym or pool.

Location was brilliant, bar had a great vibe. Breakfast was not so great. Buffet food was 1 star. Althoigh i noticed guests ordering specific items from the chef. Did not know this until the second night. I ordered sn omellette, waited 30 mins and never came so just left.

Brilliant one night stay with kids. Room was clean and spacious with everything we needed. Really smart hotel and great value. Breakfast was great - service was a bit slow ( when ordering from the a la carte menu) but there was everything we needed and more. Great location and bonus was we were able to leave our bags in order to explore the city when we arrived early and then on departure whilst waiting for our train home.

The hotel was in a good location and within walking distance to the central city amenities. The room decor makes room quite dark. Despite requesting if room service could replenish teabags in our room as only three had been left for a double room, (oddly only one hot chocolate as well) . House keeping did replenish by leaving just one more tea bag, obviously strict policy on teabags within the hotel! The additional overnight room tax did push the price up by £31 more than advertised price making it quite expensive for the room.

Perfect city centre location and the hotel is gorgeous. It has an amazing vibe leaning to the Manchester cultural scene

We usually stay in a different hotel chain when we visit Manchester but this stay was for our anniversary so we wanted to try something different and it’s safe to say we were more than impressed! The room was huge despite it only being a standard and it was gorgeous! Hotel & bar staff were absolutely amazing, so lovely, helpful and couldn’t do more for you! In the perfect location too! 100% would recommend & definitely will be staying again :)

Was very good. Clean and very comfy. Had lots of little details which make its feel more homely like toiletries and water. Staff were very friendly and chatty. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is very stylish with a nice bar in a fab location near Chinatown and Oxford Road train station. Convenient bus stop right outside too that goes straight to the Trafford Centre. 15 minute walk to all the main shops in the centre. Our room was large and beautifully decorated and quiet, I would definitely stay again.

Nice characterful rooms, feels like a cut above the average. Staff responsive too, and great location for the city centre.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was perfect and the location was flawless. My only downside criticism was that the tv wouldnt work on hotels Wifi as I wanted to watch Netflix and when I asked the staff, they said it dont work as only basic channels are allowed which was annoying but nevertherless I had an amazing night in the city

Great hotel nice friendly staff very helpful. We stayed in a twin room plenty of room for 2 adults very quiet rooms sound proofed . Breakfast was good nice selection of foods also gluten free offered . Hotel was within walking distance to train station and Arndale Centre. We would definitely stay again .
