Staff

Good staff and breakfast. Facilities good gym excellent but staff unable to hook up gym tvs. The people behind the desk were very pleasant and helpful. But reluctant to allow early checkin…. that was not cool for a travel weary person. Hotel is situated right close to El Congreho. Overall a 3 star facility with 4 star staff

Nice and clean but had to ask for extra towels each day we were there because we had 3 people in our room.

From the moment I walked into the hotel, I liked the chic esthetic of the lobby. The hospitality was immediate and consistently gracious with all the staff I interacted with. I was granted my key and got off the elvator to a well lit, mood-lifting hallway. I noticed a clean lemon like scent as soon as I entered the room. I was instantly more relaxed. The room I reserved was their most basic and it is one of the nicest rooms that I've been in that wasn't a suite! The hotel decor is both timeless and modern. I took a stroll to the rooftop to see the pool and bar area that captured the beautiful city skyline perfectly. I had breakfast the next morning which had a good variety of delicious fruit. I can't wait to come back and reserve a suite!

The check in process was quite long, approx 30 minutes which is unusual. The property and rooms were modern, well appointed and maintained. We were searching for the do not disturb sign which we discovered was actually a button on the wall. Very cool. The surrounding area had a wide variety of shops and restaurants including a pharmacy and convenience store right across the street. Very walkable and safe. Absolutely loved hanging out at the rooftop bar!

Junior suite was spacious and comfortable offering two closets and a kitchenette. The breakfast was an average continental. The juices were delicious. Only downside was the length of time it took to check in which was about 30 minutes.

The property was conveniently located near shops, restaurants and casinos. The food at breakfast was good. Although the pancakes could be better.

Convenient. Stayed 7 nights. Did not refill soapdish or give coffee pids after first night. Told reception desk first 2 days and no change

The room could have been cleaned properly. We received fresh towels and toiletries every day, but the room and bathroom were not cleaned daily.

The resteraunt did not have the food on menue. The power went out 4 times while there . Got stuck in elivator because of outage and I am disabled. Was not a good experience.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, esthetically pleasing overall great hotel and the location was ideal. Would definitely go back no doubt about it.

Excellent hotel and staff.

I arrived on property early because my flight was really early. And what seemed like low occupancy. I had an emergency they informed us that we had to wait till 3pm to give us the room key because that is check in time. Whilst I understand this, I also think that expections could be made. Their monring staff was helpful when it came to assisting with a wheelchair and finding the nearest ER. But to have guest that was obviously in pain and need of somwhere to rest on a chair at your restuarant bar was a big no no. The room could've been provided before 3pm because it was ready. I still ended up getting back looong after checking time when i was done with the ER. When we finally got to the room it was really stuffy, it was obvious that the cleaners aren't thorough. I even witnessed it once by a room service visit. We ended up staying for 4 nights and opted to spend the rest of our time in Panama at another hotel and this was one of the best decisions we made. Also the breakfast is as Continental as it gets. Same thing on rotation every Morning. I was getting tired of it. Mike was an amazing staff
