Great hotel, quiet, near broadway but not in the heart of the action. Very near all attractions in downtown/broadway. Big breakfast selection, helpful staff. Only let down was lots of single use plastic/items at breakfast which seems consistent with the city.

Great ambience, location and property

Nice place, friendly people. Parking for $45 a night was a bit much.

Service wasn’t great. And the staff was not friendly.

Stayed here many times, always clean, quiet, and comfortable. Walk to Broadway only a couple of minutes downhill.....

Great experience

I think the breakfast could have had a better selection. There was no sweets like danishes cinnamon rolls also who wants sausage everyday where’s the ham and bacon.

The hotel and staff are great. We sat in the bar area though and were never acknowledged, I had to walk up to the bar to be greeted and the man told me we had to go there first to order which seemed odd since he served others at their tables.

Very quiet hotel. Staff at front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Staff for the breakfast were extremely unfriendly. Housekeeping was very shoddy. Having said that, we would stay again because of the location

This is a great hotel if you need free parking and extra space for a family. There are probably closer properties to the “action” if you are not saddled with kids or a vehicle.

The accommodations are clean and in good condition, the gym and pool area were also extremely clean and well kept. Thank you.

When we arrived we here told they cancelled our reservation. Then they reinstated it and gave us a smaller room. Told us they gave our room away. And still charged us the amount for the bigger room. Brought it up to management and they said they could never recommend a type of room because it was booked through a 3rd party. We had mad the reservation a year in advanced. Room was never cleaned in the 4 nights we stayed. Will never stay here again.

Very clean, staff was all very nice, able to keep our bags there before checking in and after checking out.

Me and my family really enjoyed our experience. I was very relaxing and served as a great location in downtown Nashville!

Large apartment style room that was really nice and clean. We walked to Broadway which is about a 10 minute walk but very doable. The area around the hotel is very vibrant and looks like they have improved shops and bars close by. Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel and will definitely look at staying here again when in Nashville.

Very nice.The only issue was that the room was hot, the air did not work very well.
