No ironing facilities provided in room. I had a tour booked, which got cancelled. However, the hotel did not advise me that the tour had been booked. Resulted in a wasted day for me. Had I been informed, I could have arranged something else for that day. Table service at bar was quite slow most days. Several power outages during my stay. Road from airport to hotel is very bad, especially when driving at night in the dark. Staff were excellent. Prestige room was very good.

Amazing views and clean. All staff were passionate, welcoming and made our holiday special. Specially chef vichy and team, and Jesh and team in the restaurant. C bar and beach bar staff always happy to prepare those mocktails and special teas for us. Beach location was ideal. Pool areas all excellent

A fantastic stay at C Mauritius - recommend in every way. The staff and hospitality make this a really special hotel and is some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. From remembering my name at the restaurant and personally greeting me, to accomodating a late check out and other requests, the staff were always friendly and went the extra mile to look after me. They look after all the details at every step. Can’t be faulted at all. The all inclusive is good value with extensive range of drinks to choose from, and the food at both the buffet and cafe were of good quality. Service at the restaurant was great and made it feel more refined and relaxing than a typical buffet experience. The in room fridge even gets restocked every day as part of the package. If I was being picky, I would potentially just ask for some more variety at breakfast, and some more local Mauritian food to be provided as options at each meal. The beach and pool areas are stunning and the hotel’s communal areas were good too. A great place to relax. The taxi prices from the resort are very expensive, which is worth considering, but that seems to be the case across the whole island. The whole resort was very clean, well maintained, and worth the price. Overall, an amazing stay and would thoroughly recommend. I only stayed for four days but wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time I go to Mauritius.

We had a wonderful stay at C Mauritius. It’s in such a beautiful location and really has that laid back vibe about it. An extensive all inclusive menu (including drinks), makes it the best value hotel on the east coast. A few little niggles but perhaps this was just because the staff were tired after a long summer season. Wok and Roll is a must! Delicious :)

Great staff, good food, but guests often left rubbish and glasses around the pool etc and although that’s not the hotels fault they should have staff going round and keeping it tidy on a regular basis

Exceptional service from staff. We booked a beachfront room, very comfortable bed - the room could have been cleaner, black mould in the shower. Great variety of food - there were a lot of Sparrows flying around the restaurant at breakfast time and sitting on/eating buffet food.

Where can I start. Everything was just exceptional, from check in. Dining and drinks phenomenal, staff welcoming and attentive, room was clean and big. Internet and channels to watch on TV excellent. Loved that it was quiet, less crowded. C Mauritius is a beautiful hidden gem. Will surely be returning.❤️

We stayed at C Mauritius for 12 nights for our honeymoon, from 15th June 2025. We’d read about the East Coast of Mauritius being particularly windy in Mauritian “winter” but the amazing reviews made it a risk worth taking. And the reviews aren’t wrong! We loved every minute of our stay at C Mauritius Palmar. From the room and terrace (a Prestige suite) and welcome gifts, to the delicious food and drinks, beautiful pools and beach, and most important of all, the friendly and professional service from all staff - it exceeded our expectations! This was our first time in Mauritius and the hotel team made us feel so welcome. They speak English and French (and other languages like Italian), are always happy to help and helped us organise a driver to other parts of the island quickly (thanks Olivier)! We want to thank Jai, Jasmine, Vicky, Abishek, Moon, the chefs and so many others on the service team whose names we didn’t get. Catherine makes incredible eggs and omelettes! Vidhi and colleagues at reception were a pleasure to speak with. Reshma and Mega were wonderful message therapists in the spa ❤️ thanks too to the housekeeping, laundry and gardening teams for doing such a great job every day! We recommend C Mauritius in Palmar to everyone (couples, solo travellers, friend groups or families) looking for a beautiful and organised resort, an excellent and generous all-inclusive, chilled vibes and beautiful Indian Ocean waters 🩵 Merci! Wonderful stay at C Mauritius. The service at this hotel is unmatched. Definitely the best I’ve received at any hotel. Every single staff member goes out of their way to provide excellent service with a smile and warm greeting. The food was excellent and varied every day from breakfast to dinner. Fantastic vegetarian options . Great fruit selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clean rooms. Beautiful grounds and a beautiful beach. Pedaloe, paddle boarding and kayaking included. The only improvement I could suggest is having at least one freshly squeezed fruit drink option included in all in inclusive or at least at one meal for guests who do not drink alcohol. Special mention to the below staff members who helped make the stay so lovely but there were definitely more but I didn’t get their names ! Thank you! - Queen gave us a fantastic welcome and was helpful throughout stay - Anastasia who always remembered my name - John, driver for south tour - Abhilesh who insisted on getting a special drink made for us as we didn’t drink alcohol - Sunil who was always so kind at dinner - Danny and deeya at the tours desk - Sharah from housekeeping was lovely - Phoebe was always so helpful - Raj was a true gentleman when taking care of our bags

We have just come back from our stay at C Mauritius. What a fantastic trip! The place was incredible. It had great food with a mixed cuisine that would appeal to you every time.

We had a fabulous honeymoon stay at C Mauritius. A beautiful beach location with a lovely room and atmosphere. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful… nothing was too much trouble. The main bar was a highlight of the stay, great drinks and entertainment. The food was fabulous with lots of options. Wok & Roll (al a carte restaurant) in particular was fantastic, the food was outstanding. The hotel went above and beyond for our honeymoon providing us with a discount voucher for a wonderful massage and an additional candlelit dinner! We loved every minute!
