A nice facility in a great location. Parking is challenging. Finding facility was difficult on a busy street without the ability to stop and unload baggage.

Unfriendly staff. The men who worked the front desk were indifferent and not very welcomfurniture and warped mattress of the sofa was very uncomfortable. It appears that that the hotel is undergoing some renovation because some areas were roped off and oddly connected. The area and close proximity to the water and variety of eateries were the best thing about this hotel. In summary, it’s a glamorized Motel 6 with not so friendly staff.

Property facilities and services are fantastic. Aci Castello has much to offer, though not always pedestrian-friendly or well-presented.

Fantastisch verblijf! Wij verbleven in een luxe appartement met uitzicht op het zwembad. Een groot en zeer comfortabel appartement. Het zwembad is niet groot maar wel heerlijk, waren altijd voldoende ligbedjes. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Het complex ligt in het charmante dorpje Aci Trezza, op loopafstand van de zee, boulevard en resraurants

Nice room with some cool design features in roof / lighting. A large and inviting pool, with a water feature inspired by Isola dei Ciclopi, in-pool massage jets, a shallow section for the toddlers and a good depth in the rest. A relaxing pool area with a bar where the ever smiling Giovanni (Johnny) and his other, friendly colleagues serve drinks, snacks and meals. Usually possible to get a sun chair so no one runs around with towels at 7 in the morning. The ever pristine Signor il Direttore keeps a watchful look at the premises, always with a smile and a chat for both guests and staffs (described by our 7yo as the friendliest boss he has ever met (although, admittedly, he hasn't met THAT many)). The staff is helpful and service minded. When a friend fell ill, the night staff decided it would take unnecessarily long to get a taxi and simply drove them to the hospital. Breakfast is varied and should cater to most people. A bit confusing upon arrival in the dark, as Google maps claims the adresse is on the other side of the street. The resort is part of Hotel Malavoglia, and that name was easy to see. Good size parking spaces in the basement, but a bit narrow getting in and out, as usual in Italy. Highly recommended.

The hotel is perfect for a family vacation! We were pleasantly surprised by everything about this hotel. The location is perfect for shops, restaurants, the beach, and everything you could need. Super friendly and helpful staff, nice pool for kids, great food, and very clean. We can't wait to come back!

Svært komfortabelt hotell å bo på- Gode senger, rent, praktisk kjøkkenkrok på rommet vi hadde og de ansatte på hotellet var alltid blide og behjelpelige hvis det skulle være noe. Frokosten var god, og passet også for to barn på 9 år, og bassenget passet perfekt. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

The staff where incredibly friendly and very helpful. Very nice place to relax and enjoy the sites of Catania.

Flott hotell, store fine rom, stille og rolige omgivelser. Lå litt avsides, men vi hadde bil, så lett å komme seg til og fra.

Struttura nuova. Appartamento comodo e ben organizzato. Bella la zona con la piscina dove è presente anche un bar. Personale disponibile e molto gentile. Decisamente consigliato

Fint ren hotel. Havde lejlighed 55 m2. Alt fungerede. Men kæmpe gene med italiensk pop musik fra højtalere i pool området fra 10 -19 hver dag - til tider meget højt.

Impeccable standard and service! We had a large apartment for a family of five with two large bedrooms, two balconies, and a double bed in a spacious living room/kitchen area. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and clean pool and could easily explore nearby highlights like Aci Castello, Catania and Etna.

Hotel moderne. Nous avions pris un appartement avec petite cuisine. Très confortable et bien équipé. A 2 pas du Lungomare d Acitrezza et de la plage des cyclopes. Petit déjeuner correct. Parking payant dans la rue ou à l'hôtel.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, ebenso unsere Freunde. Alles sehr sauber, gepflegter Pool, Garage, grosse Zimmer. Ganz speziell extra Waschbecken im Zimmer für "Badezeug". Personal sehr nett, tolle Bademöglichkeit in der Nähe, wenn auch etwas teuer, aber auch gepflegt. Ruhige Unterkunft und zentral. Gebe gerne eine 10

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr saubere Anlage und Zimmer, Tiefgarage. Riesiges Zimmer, grosses Badezimmer. Zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Kurz gesagt: zu empfehlen!!
