The lobby was so hot. Not sure if the AC was broken or just not on. The 2 twin room was so small and right by the busy road and across from the noisy restaraunt/bar ehich partied till closing. Walking distance to grocery store and a small trail with a pond and bridge. Short uber to restaurants (approx $18 euros). Same distance from train station. Can walk it but its about 25 min.

Clean, cozy. Not recommended for a family with young kids. Plan for Uber or lift is coming ina with the train

Good Environment

Very comfortable and silent hotel !! Staff was responsive and attentive. Breakfast area a little cramped but food was good !

It was nice & clean we only stood there for 4 days. We had it for seven days. We hope we would’ve got a refund for the three extra days.

€12 parking is expensive for Massy Area 35km from Paris downtown.

Etablissement récent, pas de chance, j'ai hérité d'une chambre au rez-de-chaussée.

Chambre et salle de bain exigues très compliqué pour mettre nos bagages, nos affaires... Rien pour mettre les serviettes sauf sur un portant juste au dessus de l’abattant WC, ce qui n’est pas tres hygiénique. Pas de sèche cheveux. Grosse couette très chaude et pas de drap dessous pour pouvoir se couvrir si on veut enlever la couette. Très excentré rien autour, loin de tout.

La chambre était très propre, impeccable ! Malgré cela : décor manquant de chaleur. Un fauteuil supplémentaire serait apprécié. Le personnel était très sympathique et à notre écoute. Rideau dans la douche : éclaboussures garanties au pied des toilettes ; pas très confortable ! Point signalé à la réception : la prise de courant dans la salle de bains ne fonctionnait pas. Séjour agréable cependant.

La chambre éta

La chambre était très propre. Le personnel à l’accueil très attentionné. Chauffage en panne mais le personnel de l’accueil m’a fourni un chauffage électrique d’appoint.

Pas de chauffage (aucune couette à prêter ou chauffage d’appoint) et alarme incendie au milieu de la nuit. Une nuit absolument pas reposante. Un personnel sans solution.
