Disappointed! I booked for my Client, and the Client complained: - the staff was unfriendly - the bed sheet was torn with a big hole, too sloppy - there were 30 minutes left until breakfast time, when I went down, I saw scattered dishes, nothing left to eat. The only good thing is the location.

I booked for my Customer, and the Customer complained: - the staff attitude is not friendly - the bed sheet was changed with a big hole, too careless - there are 30 minutes left until breakfast time, when I went down, I saw a few dishes close together, there was nothing left to eat. The only good thing is the location. I suggest reviewing the service.

The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are spacious and beautiful. Near the beach, friendly staff. Breakfast at the hotel is quite delicious. Will be the number 1 choice if you have the opportunity to visit Nha Trang

New hotel, nice room, lovely staff. I like the swimming pool at night because the view is extremely beautiful, and up here they have delicious grilled ribs. Sitting and sipping beer with food is so chillllll

The second time I returned to Nha Trang, my family and I chose Gonsala Hotel for our vacation. The hotel is located in the city center, night market. Only 3 minutes to the beach. Delicious breakfast, enthusiastic staff. I was supported to upgrade my room!

Hotel is very new, rooms are modern. Swimming pool has direct sea view. Staff is very helpful and nice. Great location, few minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Phòng rất đẹp và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Gia đình tôi được miễn phí nâng hạng phòng view biển trực diện, buổi sáng dậy có thể ngắm bình minh ngay tại phòng. Hồ bơi tầng 20 sạch, có cả kids club cho các bé. Nước uống tại quầy bar tầng 20 khá ngon. Buffet sáng đa dạng món, khẩu vị phù hợp với cả nhà. Đặc biệt nhân viên khách sạn cực kỳ thân thiện, tôi luôn được các bạn cuòi chào đón mỗi khi gặp mặt. Nhất định chúng tôi sẽ quay lại Gonsala vào kỳ nghỉ kế tiếp.

The hotel has just opened in the city center, central location, near the night market. It takes 1 minute to go to the beach. The room is nice, I was upgraded to a room with a sea view.
