All perfect and a very Good ubication

This “hotel” is more like an AirB&B. The positive: Polanco! Right in front of Lincoln Park, you can’t beat that! Super quiet, easy access to premium restaurants and shops. Laundry room on the premises with free soaps. 24 hours security and the personnel are all efficient and lovely. The room was a good size for 2 people, it had a nice kitchenette with all needed. On the other hand, they need to improve the cleanliness in general, the bedsheets and towels were old and yellow, they looked dirty. Table had crumbs and garbage in the bathroom. The gym was very unclean! The building facade in the description is not the real one! It is the building next door! The photos in general don’t match the property. Except for the terrace. I would comeback hoping that they improve the cleanliness and get new bed sheets!

Increíble lugar. Súper limpio y amplio. En muy buena ubicación. Lo único es que no había opción de hacer check in temprano. Pero de ahí en más perfecto

Friendly staff, well located, great modern looking place.

Great location, very spacious and the most amazingly comfortable bed - so much so that I want to get one for home. Even with the restaurant (Miru) next door downstairs, it was very quiet overall. Be aware that the AC unit (in 1B where we stayed) is only in the living room (not the bedroom), but what we actually used was the space heater in the bedroom. The gym is very basic, but the rooftop terrace is nice, with a view of the “Dorito” building. Hope to stay here again.

Great location but the room 1D was incredibly noisy. The room, and I assume the ones above, are located on an air shaft so no natural light. There seemed to be some kind of pump in that area that went on every minute for 5 seconds all night.

Ventilation could be better, room make up could be better. Kitchen good. Location good.

Excellent Service

Habitación muy limpia y con todo lo necesario, su personal muy amable y atento a cualquier necesidad que tengas.

Linens and pillows should be replaced. Also the hot water and faucet could be replaced or checked. Everything else was really nice.
