This is a lovely hotel in the old town, because this is a pedestrian zone you do gave to carry your bags to the hotel, just a heads up if that is an issue. The rooms are small but well appointed, the staff very helpful. Would definitely book again.

My experienced at Ara is great although they no have front reception,but you can contact through the phone line,Mr Paco in Ara Alcudia is very friendly and helpful , as a couple traveler for holiday most important is meet nice people and bring happy, he is very patient and helpful .I feel his professional and attentive is great to stay in Ara hotel and beyond my expectations leave us a good memories.

A gem of an hotel conveniently situated within all of the attractions of old town Alcudia. Spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfasts, attentive but unobtrusive hosts. We had the room with private plunge pool which was a fabulous feature much enjoyed. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel!!! The lobby is absolutely stunning, our room was so beautiful. Paco made our check in a breeze and gave us such lovely recommendations for beaches, hikes, restaurants and anything you need! The breakfast was delicious, they really go above and beyond for their guests. I’m only sad I didn’t stay longer. Truly one of the nicest hotels. Thanks ARA Alcúdia for such an amazing trip!

ARA hotel is very well kept. The rooms are very clean , beds are very comfortable. A five star service by all the staff. Paco was especially helpful and full of local information. Thank you to everyone for making our stay very enjoyable.

Lovely hotel , brilliant location in the centre of Alcudia old town. Breakfast was lovely, Staff very friendly. Easy self service access if you arrive after hours.

Everything was great. Only thing that would’ve been better is if the coffee machine was available 24/7 like in some other hotels we had. Also the breakfast did not start until 8:30am. When traveling, most people start early, so we weren’t able to use the breakfast on 2 out of the 3 days.

We stayed in ARA Alcúdia for 2 nights and it was perfect for our needs. The room was spacious and clean with towels changed every day. Catalina and Paco were super welcoming and looked after us really well. Breakfast was delicious and fresh and the location is perfect in the heart of Alcúdia old town. There are big parking lots nearby too with free parking too.

Absolutely loved this hotel in the heart of Alcudia old town. 2 min walk from the bus stop. Spotlessly clean with good aircon. Loved the Continental breakfast. I can’t fault this hotel! At reception, Paco was extremely helpful and welcoming. He took time to give us great recommendations for our trip and overall made it a wonderful stay. I wojld 100% stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was perfect, staff extremely friendly and provided fantastic dining/trip recommendations for not just Alcudia but Mallorca. Breakfast selection was great, with plenty of healthy options and selections. Private pool was amazing to relax in peace
