Overall had a great stay. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Food in the restaurant was tasty.

Stay was great but could not sleep as no blackout curtains with outside lights keeping me awake.

Comfortable and clean with cheerful rooms and good access. Service at breakfast and lunch was very slow.

Windhoek after dark is really a gated community. Tourists are encouraged to travel by taxi. But the hotel is a little sanctuary of calm to collect yourself and prepare for an epic safari or recover from.... an epic safari. And the breakfasts are wonderful. Home cooked food prepared with a smile. A very easy-going experience.

No fridge, no carpet. The room is only concrete. With that price I could stay at a 4 or even 5 stars hotel.

Great experience here. It was about a 20 min walk to downtown but other than that everything else was perfect. Delicious breakfast, lots of food options, very clean and spacious rooms. Would do it again!
