Niceplace to stay for few days

The staff was courteous. The room was clean but the shower was poor, saw some little bugs in tub, the cold water was turned off and the WiFi didn’t work. No A/C though it was listed on Expedia as an amenity. The facility had been nice at one time but they have not maintained it. Rate is too high for what is offered.

Breakfast very limited. Noisy from cars on road close by property on one side

A quite place to run your errands. The staffs were fantastic and welcoming. would always recommend others.

Comfortable apartments.Great property when you are abroad with family on holiday. The apartment is fully equipped with stove, microwave, tv, kettle and kitchen intensiles. Food was great. We booked bed and breakfast. Down fall was no WiFi it was out of order? ? Another down fall is out of order telephone line. We could get a wake up call or we couldnt contact reception for assistance.

Staff was very attentive and helpful. I have stayed here before and I will come back when I need a place to stay in Nairobi. Customer service is exceptional, from the front staff to the wait staff, I have had a pleasant experience every time I have been here! Keep it up

Secure, welcoming and dedicated staff. Please update bathtubs, ensue there’s hot water at all times, replace TV sets and include more channels, buy new towels please. Nice hotel but needs a few fixes.

It’s a good place to spend a night or two. Staff are friendly. Management needs to update bath tubs and accessories and ensure hot water runs. Breakfast is great!

The staff was great from check in to the restaurant staff. Everything at the hotel was as presented on the website. Shout out to Nina at the reception, she’s the best!!! Only thing was that the shower knob wasn’t working properly. Overall, I loved my stay here, will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Nairobi

Bonjour Payer 150 euros pour dormir dans un endroit pareil est juste une arnaque ! Le véhicule avec lequel on est venu chercher à l’aéroport était d’un état délabré ne répondant à aucune norme de sécurité !! Il fallut marcher presque 20 mn avec les bagages pou toi aller le chercher dans le parking ! .. les 30 mn de trajet était un cauchemar pour nous !! La chambre’ ( la double suite comme c’est indiqué) lamentable’ ! Des fourmis dans partout ! Pas de clim ! 4 mini bouteilles d’eau même pas fraiche, le cocktail de bienvenu à vomir...

Oliemme vain yhden yön kun tulimme lentokoneella Nairobiin. Yöllä huomasimme vain huonokuntoista tietä kulkiessame joitain rähjäisiä rakennuksia. Taksi sanoi ettei alue ole hyvä. Hotelli kuitenkin oli yllättävän hyvä alueeseen verrattuna. Aamulla edimme aamun sarstuksessa nähdä hotellin puutarhan henkilökunnan opastuksells. Alueella on yksittäisiä omakotitalon tapaisis huoneistoja joista voi varata vaikka morsiussvitin. Lentokoneita meni pari yön aikana. Kylän korat pitvät myös ajoittain meteliä. Aamupala ei ollut ihmeellinen johtuen ehkä siitä että kokki kutsuttiin illalla puolenyön aikaan tekemään meille aamupalaa kello viisi aamulla. Palvelu oli siis erinomaista, kuten yleensäkin täällä Keniassa.
